Single Serve Coffee Maker
Convenient and Fast Great Tasting Coffee
My sister has a Keurig coffee machine she absolutely loves and I'm quite fond of it as well. The Keurig coffee maker uses K-Cups, not standard pods like most pod style machines, but there are a wide variety available including K-Cups for tea and cocoa.
Like the Senseo, Tassimo, and others, it's a single cup brewing system that's super convenient with no filters or coffee grounds to deal with.
My sister prefers the Green Mountain Kenya AA coffee (Keurig is subsidiary of Green Mountain Coffee) which I like a lot myself during my frequent visits. Also available are K Cups from Cafe Escapes, Caribou Coffee, Coffee People, Diedrich, Donut House, Emeril, Gloria Jeans, Newmans Own Organics, Timothys, Tullys, and Van Houtte. I'd probably try them all if I owned a Keurig, but my sister is anything but adventuresome when she finds something she likes, in this case the Kenya AA.
You can also pretty easily use your own coffee by filling your own K-Cups. As my sister says though, why would you buy a machine who primary feature is convenience and make it less convenient?
My sister exclusively uses the Keurig. Her husband loves it also, but if he wants a big mug of coffee as he often does in the morning, he uses the other coffee maker rather than using two K-Cups to fill his sizable mug.
My friend Randy, my first boss in high tech who hired me out of college, also has one. "A great cup of coffee that's fast and easy to make with no mess." "I love my Keurig," he adds.
Keurig makes a number of different models of coffee
machines. My favorite is the Keurig B60.
It brews a fresh cup in less than a minute, brews three
sizes which include a 5 1/4 ounce small cup, a 7 1/4 ounce regular cup,
and a 9 1/4 ounce size. It's the only model that makes three sizes. It measures a convenient 13-1/4 by 10 by 13
inches and has a one-year limited warranty.
User reviews are generally fantastic. "Best

No machine is perfect for everyone. If you make a larger size cup, not surprising since the amount of coffee in a K Cup is fixed, you get weaker coffee. Also, it may take more than one K-Cup to full your favorite mug if it's large like mine is.
Keurig makes a number of other models as well,
including the B30, B40, and B70.

There are also a number of commercial models made as well, whose primary
difference is that they are attached to the water line instead of having
a water resivoir you fill, and they automatically remove the K-cup after
use.
My sister loves her Keurig coffee machine as obviously so do many other people!
